Below is the first anniversary, Memoriam 2008, that we published in the newspaper for Kolton. 

TKACHUK, Kolton Kyle - May 19, 2004-May 23, 2007 One year has passed since we just finished celebrating your 3^rd birthday when you, our precious little boy, was tragically taken away from us. Everyday we ask our selves why this happened and we miss you, our guardian angel. They say that time heals everything, but we are not sure we believe this as our hearts hurt just the same as a year ago. Your baby sister, Felicia, is now 1 ½ years old and gives us the strength to carry on, we wish you could know and play with her, we see so much of you in her. We know our guardian angel is in heaven and we need you to continue to keep us safe and strong, we will be with you one day and know we will be together as a family once again. You are forever in our hearts; love your little sister Felicia, your mommy Frances, your daddy Kyle and both grandparents. XOXOXO forever.
